VTG Thomas Blakemore ENGLAND COLONIAL Fireplace Bronze Hearth Tool Set Fox Head

For sale is a very rare estate find. Classic British colonial style fireplace decor. 4 piece hearth tool set with stand.

Carefully crafted by Thomas Blakemore Limited (established in 1847, known for its luxury interior design products). This hearth set is made of bronze.

4 piece includes a poker, a spatula, a pair of fire pit tongs and a round brush - each has a detail crafted fox head as the handle. All the fox heads are in good shape, some light scuffs and the poker fox head has a smooth patch behind the fox head - not sure what happened, but definitely different texture compared to other fox heads.

The stand is specifically designed for the tool set with special holders for each tool. The stand is heavy and sturdy, and the round base design is perfect for big or small areas. Some patina on the base as well as on the tool set. Total height is close to 30.5 and round base is about 7 in diameter. Whole set weighs about 9.5 lbs. Please look at pictures carefully.
