Duck heads are made of wood with brass bills and jewel eyes. Overall this set is in good pre-owned condition showing a few signs of light wear one would expect from a fireplace set. A few of the heads have a little wear on them from use.

The brass pieces have a few dings here and there. I just used a mild dawn solution to do a quick clean to the pieces. If you wanted it to sparkle light new a metal polish would make it look like new! The base has a few dings to the wood and brass here and there as well. Again all the dings and minor flaws are consistent with a vintage used fireplace set.
