Vintage Copper FIREPLACE TOOL SET 20thC Mid Century Modern PORTLAND WILLAMETTE

Unusual vintage pre-owned metal fireplace tool set, signed on underside of stand PORTLAND WILLAMETTE P2-15. Cool modern copper tone chrome finish metal handles. Black cast iron base stand has matching copper tone top handle, top bracket, and base gallery, with a Deskey-style slant shape to the top of handles. Late 20th century era, good-looking with a mid century modern color and design. The broom bristles are somewhat worn but still fairly straight and clean.

Overall this set is in very good to above average condition with only slight age and use related surface wear to finish. Poker, shovel, and broom, with matching stand. This is a well made and hard to find set that enhances any fireplace it sits beside. The bright copper color catches your eye anytime you walk by.

Note that the hook that the broom is on is turned in instead of out. The broom normally hangs behind with shovel and poker sitting on base. If you like it can be turned back out easily. The handle unscrews and the top comes apart quickly. Previous owner liked all the tools on one side and all above the tray base.
