French country style brass fireplace tools set. Shovel, broom, poker, tongs, and the holder.

Provenance: my MIL's partner: Michel Bourda, Crescent Street Antiques, Montreal, c. 1960s, a French antiques dealer. They show signs of age, but I do not see signs of wear.

A beautiful patina, but you can polish to a shine also. I don't think they were used!
