Very beautiful and A RARE FIND! His is a very beautiful vintage solid brass 5 piece fireplace tool set, Victorian style.
It measures 32" tall and the square base is 10" x 7 x 2. Excellent construction by skilled craftsmen! INCLUDES THE STAND, TONG, POKER, BROOM, SHOVELsee pictures! The square base has an elegant floral medallion depicting a dancing muse. The other pieces are removable.
With this stand, you are sure to keep the tools organized while also adding an attractive neat look to your already beautiful fireplace. VERY GOOD VINTAGE PRE-OWNED CONDITION, with minor imperfection!
The plated brass looks very nice and shinning on the upper side, having some scratches and dark points/signs of use on the bottom side on the shovel and on the dust broom; but they are very small, not very noticeable though, as that is to be expected on a set of this age. You are aware that this item itself cannot be perfect due to its age- SEE PICTURES! However it is certainly largely intact and still a gorgeous piece! This will add such a cozy feel to any home!
