Vintage 4 Wrought Iron Fireplace Tools twisted metal design

Have surface rust, tarnish scuffs and scratches on each piece. The broom wisp need replaced and have had a repair attempt with current tape holding them together as pictured. No unnecessary cracks or bends in the iron.
