Folklore Dutch Fireplace Tool Set Windmill

It doesn't come anymore Dutch then this, a windmill with farmhouse, casted in brass. Heavy item, the blades can actually turn. Nice item to look at. It has all the tools you need for the fireplace, they are old and have been used. The blades old nail to fasten it in the back has been replaced by a modern day one.

It has a special tool that we call a "treef" that is the open plate, which was used to put the hot iron on when it came from the stove. Usually that is not part of a fireplace tool set. It is in excellent condition but has signs of use, lots of polishing residue on it, old polished patina. It is late 1800s old.

It is a sturdy construction. 49" or 124,5 cm tall and 15 2/4" or 39 cm wide and 12 2/4 or 32 cm deep. All our items are guaranteed to be correctly represented to the best of our knowledge.
