Brass Fireplace Tool Set Vintage 5 Pcs

Here is a vintage brass and brass plated over iron fireplace tool set. It has five pieces: shovel, brush, tongs, poker, and stand. There is an engraved sunburst rays design on the top of the stand portion. The finials and the base of the stand are all brass, the rods of each piece are brass plated over iron or steel.

I have not attempted to clean and polish the metal, I prefer to leave that to the new owner. The set is used and shows wear. The head of the poker is rusty. There is a brass bar enclosure around the top of the base to hold the pieces together.
