Antique Ornate Brass Figural Fireplace Hearth Tools Set French Style of Louis XV

An exceptional set of ornate, solid brass fireplace tools in the French style of Louis XV. I believe this set is old, probably antique.

The three (3) tools are held in a figural stand: the back features a young man in rustic antique country clothing, perhaps harvesting wheat or hay. The stand has curving arms for the tools, and a shell-shaped bottom with stylized curved feet. The tools, which are heavily constructed and very detailed, feature elaborate handles. The set includes: a heavy set of brass tongs, a poker with a cast iron tip, and a shovel with copper rivets. DETAILS: stand is about 23" tall, about 13" at the widest part of the bottom. Tools are about 27 long. Heavy, about 14 pounds before packing.
