5 PIECE VINTAGE BRASS SET OF MALLARD DUCK HEAD FIREPLACE TOOLS. Up for your consideration I have a LARGE Mallard Duck Head set includes shovel, brush/broom, poker and tongs along with the rectangular base stand. The set is in lovely vintage condition. Suspended from an art deco style matching mallard head stand with an inscribed radial pattern and claw feet.

The base has a few discolorations and dents not unusual for its age please view photo 5. The shovel has some discoloring from use please view photo 6. Base is approximately 9 ¼ wide and 6 deep and 31 ½ tall. Shovel is approximately 28 ½ tall.

Poker is approximately 25 ½ long from head to point. Tongs are approximately 28 long. Duck heads measure approximately 4 wide, measured from back of head to tip of bill and is approximately 4 ½ tall, measured from top of head to were neck rests on stand.

These are a wonderful find and would look great in your home and compliment any fireplace! With the winter months just ahead of us what a great set to have on your hearth.
