Virginia Metalcrafters Brass Ball Handle Fireplace Tools set. I've never had a complete set with the damper pull. I think these were just displayed.

There were some small areas of spotty light oxidation on the shaft of the stand. I cleaned this off with some non abrasive powder cleaner. The result is some minor color difference that should lessen/ even up with time. You could also have just this vertical shaft polished and relacquered.
