5 PIECE VINTAGE BRASS SET OF MUSTANG LARGE HORSE HEAD FIREPLACE TOOLS. This set of four fireplace tools with stand features wonderfully detailed cast brass handles fashioned as horse heads, which create a striking impression of wild mustangs running with their mane blowing behind them! The Mustangs heads are approximately 3 1/4 long from nose to ears. Brush/broom is approximately 28 1/2 tall. Poker is approximately 25 ½ tall.

Tongs are approximately 27 ½ tall. Base is approximately 9 ½ wide and 5 ½ deep and 31 tall. Suspended from an art deco style matching horse head stand with an inscribed radial pattern and claw feet. This set is in lovely vintage condition. The base has a few indentions not unusual for its age please view pictures 8 and 9.

I could find no markings or makers mark but the craftsmanship in the metal craft shows in the stallions heads. A handsome, sturdy set for your hearth that is both useful and stylish.
