Vintage Designer Brass Cannonball Fireplace Fender, Andirons & Tool Set

For your consideration I bring you a Fabulous Vintage Designer Brass Cannonball Fireplace Fender, Andirons & Tool Set. This designer set come from a very hi-end estate. The set includes a pair of very large and heavy brass free standing cannonballs resting on top of a brass arch acting as the fireplace fender. You can tell the size of this set as it is pictured with a large coffee mug.

They stand 17" tall by 19" wide with an 8 dia. Cannonball for each piece and probably weighing 15-20 pounds each. The matching andirons are 17" tall by 10" wide with 4 dia. The andirons have a solid iron body and base with animal paws for feet. The matching 3 piece fireplace tool kit includes a matching cannonball stand with tongs and a poker that used to be a shovel. I have an antique metal fireplace shovel that I may use to repair (weld) the shovel. You can also find a replacement online and thread the cannonball to the new shovel.
